Our approach

Made by musicians.
For musicians.

After years in the industry as performers, we know what it’s like on stage and behind the scenes. We understand what venues need and what musicians value.

We believe great relationships make great gigs. Our approach is built on fair treatment, clear communication and respect for everyone involved.

For venues, that means taking the time to understand your audience and the atmosphere you want. For artists, it means clear briefs, agreed fees and being treated as professionals.

We’re building Junction Collective around an ethical way of working, with lasting relationships at its heart.

For musicians & DJs

Good gigs start
with a good fit.

We're building our founding roster. If you're an engaging solo performer, acoustic duo, band or DJ, we'd love to learn about your act.

To apply, we need recent live performance footage, professional promo videos and professional promotional photos, alongside your repertoire or music styles, location, travel range and usual fees. Our team reviews live performance footage for musical quality, audience connection and suitability for each booking.

A few useful details.

Where do you cover?

We welcome enquiries across the UK. Tell us where your venue or event is, and we’ll explore suitable artists based on availability and travel.

How much does a booking cost?

We quote for the act, location, date, performance length and equipment needed. Launch pricing is being researched. You'll receive an agreed total before committing.

Who supplies the sound equipment?

Either the artist or venue can supply PA. We'll confirm the actual equipment, who operates it and any additional requirements before a booking is agreed.

Can I book immediately?

Bookings require availability checks, an agreed quote and written confirmation. Sending an enquiry does not reserve an artist or date.

Let's get something started

Meet at the junction.

Send your enquiry or application below. We’ll review your details before discussing next steps. An enquiry does not reserve an act or date.

Google Calendar is the central diary.

Planned workflow: enquiry → availability check → quote agreed → confirmed booking → artist invitation → performance → payment follow-up.

Internal events hold venue pricing and management notes. Separate artist invitations contain only the artist's fee and relevant gig details.

Enquiries and applications are saved in the private management inbox. Venue enquiries can be opened in Google Calendar as provisional events for you to review and save. Automatic synchronisation and invitations are not enabled.
